and it's almost two months since i last posted.

just to blog abt a few things.

this evening, i sent off two frens whom i've made only exactly twenty days ago. it's odd, cos i met them on the very first day they arrived in singapore - the first person marc introduced to them upon embarkment. and now i've sent them off together with marc. it's like a perfect cycle of receiving and departing, sorta like a full-stop to their first trip to singapore..

and i wish sooooooooo hard that i will go over to their place (sri lanka) soon after my exams... mahi's such a sweet gal, she learns things fast.. nilumi's veri nice to talk to, veri pretty as well.. the two of them are such wonderful gals!

and then marc gives me this small hope that i'll be able to fly over to sri lanka with them :( so mean!

and they got me presents! so sweet...... but they got him better presents!! HUMPH. hahaha, that is of course since he's been a great host and he's their boss anyway... i got them presents too! oh and one of the presents they got me, is a small teddy bear! i am sooo gonna bring it along everywhere i go!! by hook or by crook, i will bring it. dangle on the neck or smth.

aw man, i miss them oredi :( mahi's eyes were brimming with tears but she kept giggling.. and nilumi's bought to many things that her handbag was literally bursting! hahaha, such a cute duo.. to think that they were saying that i looked nice in this dress which i wore to bring them for shopping, and that i looked great in my new tank dress..

when they were talking abt the dress i wore today, nilumi was saying "i like your dress!" and i immediately replied "yeah, ten dollars!"

the two of them burst out laughing sia..... maybe im the cheapskate queen to them now :( then mahi was saying that she's envious that i can wear stuff above the knee (they have strict attire codes back at home) and so i said "that's why im wearing in front of you guys! to make you envious!" MUAHAHAHAHA....

after that while we were munching on food and seated, i crossed my knees and then heard them talking in their mother tongue, so i turned to them and gave them an enquiring look.. mahi then said that they were admiring my legs that it's so fair and no blemish and all those.. and then i pointed my scar on my right knee and going "THERE, i have scars....." and they were going "nonono, it's just that your legs are so nice!"

first time that two gals are admiring me.

oh and they gained 5kg each during their stay in sgp!! only 20 days. and they gained 5kg.... and i lost 1kg. hahahaha, the two of them are so adorable!!

however, their pay is soooooooo low. cos the wage rate back home is soooooo low :( the rich there is farking rich though. so marc and i were discussing about finding ways to raise their pay, like treating their current pay as a probation salary and if they reap good results within 6 to 12 months, they would get double the pay! their pay rite now is sooooooooooooooooooooooooo low! haiiiiiiii..... i never got to know about the amount until just now, when marc was going "do you want to know how much they're being paid? are you sure you wanna know? you're going to cry when i say it..."

and i went ooooooooooooooomigawd after he gave me the sums.

oooooooooooomigawd.

and i so wanna go there.
sigh........ but air tix alone is 500 bucks.......not to mention accomodation and all those...............argh.
