yesterday met another online fren to go cny shopping!! okae, im just shopping AGAIN.
nowadays i keep buying clothes and accessories.. from pasar malam..dorothy perkins..BHG..

he sms-ed me at 7.20pm to report to me ;] omg....i missed him so damn much..

but still hafta wait until monday if i wanna meet him.. cos today he gotta meet his business partner to discuss abt his disco thing...... den maybe tmw he gg to west coast to trim his hair.. so can shun bian meet me..

just out from bathing!!

woah, sleepy.. had steamboat dinner with s13 peeps ;]

there were jialing, yiting and shaoqin and amelia.. and nataline and sze yin.. and me.. and alvin and chantong.. and zhixiang, laihui and chris.. juntat and khai boon.. david and danny [they held hands. omg].. and zhikai..

17 pple.. some guys got lost while getting to the restaurant sia~

anyway, the soup bases.. wow, got spicy, ginseng chicken, pork rib, and tomyam.. my table was pork rib [which looked a lot like ginseng chicken] and spicy. wah, spicy is SPICY. almost cried..

den shaoqin kept taking pics~ and alvin being as crappy as ever.. well, he had to book in at 2359h after the dinner.. hope he wasnt late~ he looked, fairer. chantong looked darker.. laihui looked skinny.. chris looked the same.. khai boon, juntat and zhikai looked the same oso.. but zhi kai's hair look like baby hair!! so fine~

the most delicious thing i ever eaten in that restaurant is their MAN TOU. oh mannnnnnnnnnnnn, it's those bite-sized fried mantou, drizzled with condensed milk.. when it enters your mouth and bites down on it, the crispy skin of the mantou just let me sink my teeth into the sweet sweet bun.. it is so thin and the inside is soft and warm..

I WANT MANTOU!! can i buy from them? just the man tou?

anyway, it was so delicious that we [alvin and me] ordered a total of 40 mantous.. so they served 4 plates with 10 buns each.. alvin happily finished one plate.. okae, slightly more than one plate. i ate like, 4 buns.. den the others are distributed around..

after that, those leftover stuff.. i just dumped them into the soup. HAHA..

oh, den chantong and alvin taught me how to make the beef smoother.. by coating it with raw egg first, den put into the soup to cook.. wah.... so nice.. budden alvin made me eat raw beef.. still red red one den he say "eat, NOW"

after that, we dilly dally.. go toilet.. formed a circle to discuss wad else to do.. in the end, we went home!! most went home.. alvin went to book in.. some guys most prob went to dxo~

and then i reached home. den i saw this ball of fur lying at my doorstep..

IT WAS MY CAT!! it was sleeping at my doorstep~

if my mother knew that, she's gonna be veri upset.. cos the cat never bath b4 and my mother dun like the cat to come our hse.. in case spread to us its germs..

den it gave me that innocent look and meowed.. and i took its pic ;]

yesterday.. a lil tiring~

late morning, went to vivo city to have brunch cos sending father to ferry terminal at harbourfront.. so we ate at food republic! wah liao, wanted to eat fried prawn mee.. but the 2 patron infront of me gave $50 bills, den the cashier say she got no more change for $50.. den i looked at my own $50 bill.

damn.

den one of the patrons kinda remarked, how can you all not have enough change?

so i SIGHed and went to look for other stalls.. in the end, settled for u-mian ;] veri nice! but veri hot oso.. so end up i finished the last among my mother, father and bro~

after that we walked to the counters at harboufront for my father to collect the ferry tix which he booked on the phone.. after that sent him off..

den we went to imm to cut hair!! my bro had to go reservice today, so he had to cut until short short and kukuly~ den i look at my damaged hair and decided to snip away 3 inches of the the hair which had been damaged by me and my sling bag~

after snipping away those locks, woohoo!! no more curly ends!! but....my hair all Q up ;[ back to the time when i havent soft-straightened my hair~ Q HAIR!!

budden good, now can save up more shampoo and hair conditioner ;] now kinda short but still can tie ;]

den we went back home and my mama helped my bro to dye his hair black [budden still a lil brown leh~]

after that my mama went to wash the car and den i went to je lib to look for research data for my macroeconomics group assignment.. end up, CANNOT FIND. sian sian sian.. in the end, EH I CAN FIND ONLINE. wasted trip. bleh~

after that, go home.. den my sis and bro-in-law came over to join us for dinner.. so we went to jurong point's swensons to eat dinner.. after that, i had to drive the car from the multi-storey carpark to my sis's flat void deck.. haha, didnt bother to adjust seat, adjust mirror, and i was wearing the scandals which made me unable to feel the brake AND accelerator.. so there were the near accidents~

den my sis and mama were making their fears known.. so the car kinda noisy.. ;[

after that, i changed seats with my bro~

WAH, TIRED AH. in the end slept at 2.30am~~

den got curry pot bak kut, the restaurant's other specialty.. veri nice!! the curry veri thick, not spicy at all!! still got mussels which i didnt even touch.. den got a huge fish!! still got sweet and spicy chicken wings.. just like pizza hut's sweet and spicy drumlets~

altogether, onli RM166.. means one person costs S$18 sia~

oh yar!! just now when wadi [one of eric's sunshine fren, rmb?] was online, i quickly said hi to him.. den i straightaway asked how eric was.. well, that was around 1pm.. and eric was sleeping..

den wadi said that they'll be coming back to singapore on the 26th, exactly 2 wks after they left for philippines~ okae, 7 more days!!

well, that's kinda the onli reason why my mother insisted that i learn driving. so that i can park the car for her. cos everytime my bro will park his car in the spots where the birds flock - BIRD SHIT - and spots near construction - DUST -

so now i hafta move the car to where there are no bird shit and no dust..

during warm-up, it was raining like shit sia.. when i was on the road, visiblity range was like, less than 10m..

but luckily, when test started it had oredi stopped raining! but bcos of the road being wet, the testers skipped both emergency brake and u-turning.. so when i was given route 7, which is actually quite difficult, my test route was so much easier!!

but...there was the insufficient acceleration, delayed response, etc... so i got demerit points.. and during vertical parking, i wasnt turning when the car was stationary, the car was moving!! just veri veri veri veri veri slowly.. ;[

after that, the tester immediately went back to the 2nd storey without waiting for me!! i went up to get my results alone.......

after the test, i went to pay for the license and den went for the video..

2 weeks later!! i can get my refund and my license!!

tmw driving test. stressed like siao now. heart beating damn fast.. and it's more than 12 hours later before i get tested..

damn, bought a defective dress. plus another dress which is rather nice ;]

the defective dress got a sewing defect.. so i kinda ripped out the small piece of cloth which had been sewn onto the dress in a wrong way at the chest.. and so next time i wear this dress, i gotta wear a tube inside~

bought a bag as well.. and bought some decorations for this coming cny ;]

well, i think that there's this thing which i will do regardless of when im not in a gd mood or not. it is shopping. haha.. once got money den i spend away oredi.. if i choose btn clothes and food, i choose clothes for now.. food can wait, but the clothes cant.. they may get bought by someone else in the next second sia..

after that i met longwa to go to the pasar malam near my hse cos she was quite fascinated with it~ den i bought clothes!! woot~ bought 2 dresses ;] but go back oredi i found out that one of them kinda fit too snugly~ sian. but nvm, i love the other one!! gonna buy a different coloured one next time when i go there ;]]

reach home oredi, den bathed.. after that i realised that im so damned tired.. once i touched the bed, i couldnt move another muscle to get out of it.. so i just lay on it and slept away..

dreamt that i was meeting dear dear at some place where i wasnt familiar with and i was abt to reach for my phone to call him when i was woken up by my loud loud phone~

it was dear dear calling me sia.. so qiao.. imagine you were dreaming of calling someone when that someone actualy calls you in real lise.

well, he brought me some bad news ;[ it's 99% confirmed that he was to go to philippines tmw!! bcos of sunshine...... his downlines were experiencing problems and he had to settle them.. den he said that he would settle the philippines side once and for all and pass all the matters to another sunshine member in his division..

well, CAD is extending investigation on sunshine.. taiwan side got slight money problems cos mr jacky's money kana frozen or smth liddat.. thailand oso got another problem.. singapore side, heard that GP payout was onli around $70.

很快的2007年即将过去，2008年也悄悄的来了。

每年到了这个时候都会有人来问你对明年的展望。哈哈哈，老实说，我本人无什么大志，所以“得过且过”，宁可吃错不可放过。。。哈哈哈哈。。。哎哟，我就是这样的拉，对“明天”就是没有什么规划。

真是这样吗？40岁的人就这样的虚度吗？

哎，很多时候计划总赶不上变化，变化总因老板的一句话。。。现今的这个社会，事事难料。今天风风光光，明天口袋光光。只要每天努力向上，对得起自己，家人和友人，明天哪怕天塌下来也能即登“极乐世界”吧？我想。

如果要真的说展望，那我希望能继续和公司续约咯，因为合约会在2月29号结束。希望自己和家人身体都健康，生活过得快乐，感情顺遂咯。外头的公司邀约多一点咯。。哈哈哈。。就“浆”。。

den he replied at around 11 plus and said that he just woke up as well.. haha, so cute.. cannot blame him la, he worked till late again.. ;[

in the end, we met at his west coast house downstairs at 1pm ;]

just to say that i really enjoyed the times i spent with him.. he made me laugh so much after our late lunch.. cos he was exaggerating wad i would do if i sneezed in public.. damn funny la.. he's a natural actor sia~

den after that, he smsed me and said that he was veri happy to see me laugh at his antics.. den i told him that i was veri happy that he made me laugh so much ;]

the song was once played as background music for one of my fav movies which involved the beloved leslie cheung.. but somehow, i didnt really go look up on wad the song title was.. i just liked the melody, and sometimes i would hum it ;]]

That's Amore" is a 1952 song by composer Harry Warren and lyricist Jack Brooks. It became a major hit for Dean Martin in 1953. Amore means "love" in Italian.

The song first appeared in the soundtrack of the Martin and Lewis comedy film, The Caddy, released by Paramount Pictures on August 10, 1953.

The track that was used for the single released by Capitol Records was recorded on August 13, 1953 (Session 3098; Master 11694-6), with the orchestra conducted by Dick Stabile, at Capitol Records' studios at 5505 Melrose Avenue, Hollywood, California. On November 7, 1953, Martin's record of the song, with "You're The Right One" (which was recorded at the same session as "That's Amore") on the flip side, peaked at #2 on the Billboard charts. The song remains closely identified with Dean Martin; That's Amore was used as the title for a 2001 video retrospective of Martin's career, and Ricci Martin entitled his 2002 biography That's Amore: A Son Remembers Dean Martin.

The arrangement of the 1953 hit was scored primarily for mandolins. The lyrics affectionately ridicule the Italian-American ethnic stereotype, with lines like "When the moon hits your eye/Like a big-a pizza pie/That's amore", "When the world seems to shine/Like you've had too much wine/That's amore", and "When the stars make you drool/Just like pasta fazool'/That's amore." Martin did not attempt to deliver the lyrics in an authentic Italian accent, but used the accent of an American trying to mimic Italian pronunciation.

Since the verse starts "In Napoli/where love is king," the setting of the song is Naples, Italy. That is evident in the lyrics (cited, above) that contain what may be called jocularly either the best or the worst rhyme in the history of popular music--that is, the bilingual rhyme of "drool" and "fazool," the Neapolitan dialect word, fasule, for the Italian fagioli--beans.

for the past few days, after i met dear dear.. he hadnt been msging me much ;[

i take it that he had been veri veri sick.. and den veri veri busy.

but im still frustrated. bah...

but i talked to him on the phone this evening.. his voice has changed.. haha, sexy voice..

den he was insisting that he had recovered.. just like the way i persist in my stand that i've recovered.. haha, so we were debating abt who has recovered just now..

30th dec, wad a special nite it brought..

okae, quite special la..

despite my bad bad throat and bad bad nose, i went to meet the s13 gals!!

yatta! full attendance for my jc clique again!! the organiser was june.. so nice rite?

hehe~ met the gals at 5pm at bugis' mos burger..

but sadly, i didnt get to eat their wonderful french fries!! i could onli look at those thick, soft and warm fries enter the mouths of strangers~

saw shandy's guy!! reminds me of this hansum hongkong actor.. haha~ hope that she doesnt get hurt again.. sam better treat her well.

and cherie!! so long time no see her oredi~
hmm.. somehow, i got the feeling that she feels detached.. how to say leh? there are the times when jialing and the gals are happily chatting away and cherie somewhat-sadly lies back on her chair and watches them chatter away.. well, i tried my best to accompany cherie during the outing.. ;]
den we split into our groups and went about to buy gifts for each other.. im supposed to buy for cherie.. and i found out that jialing's buying for me.. and den cherie was the one buying pressie for jialing.. so it was a circle sia..

[yes, i knew it rite from the beginning, when june said that the list got error.. BLUFF!!]
den we got back together and had dinner.. dinner got xiaolongbao!! i like!!! mm-yum-yum-yum..
den we exchanged pressies and took pics at the bugis water fountain.. everybody was staring at us.. cos we were rather noisy and we were rite smack in the middle of nowhere..
after that, the group went to have dessert at the dessert shop while amelia, cherie, shaoqin and me went home.. no more money, no more energy.. haha..
